His eye for knowing the his teammate's intention is the same eye that allows him to also predict his opponent's next step and that allots him a great feel for defense and stealing the ball.

A super prospect that has many saying that Echin has the potential to become one of the best players ever to come out of Young Warriors.  Not the fastest player nor the highest leaper, Clyde Echin has that zen, that amazing feeling for the game combined with an exuberant approach (as expected from a 16 year old) that has everyone talking.

Name:  Ikein Opelenia
Position: Guard/Forward
Height: 5'6"
Class: Sophomore
DOB: June 3, 1994
Jersey Number: 10
Very aggressive combo guard with nice athleticism. Shooter with good ball handling ability and fundamentals. He has a good offensive package, hits 3 point shots with regularity, is a good penetrator a  good passer and solid defender.
One of the few tall guards in the team, Opelinia's asset makes him a logical defender under Mondano's system. The ex-MEFA also proved that he can shoot, too, when needed.

Name:  Willy Polina
Position: Guard
Height: 5'6"
Class: Senior
DOB:

Polina is another young gun for the Young Warriors team. …. At age 16, Polina already has high basketball experience. Polina is a very good athlete, quick, explosive and a good slasher who also possesses a wide set of offensive skills. He is more of a threat driving to the basket. Besides that, he understands the game, can pass the ball and has improved on defense in order to become a very solid player, able to guard the star of the opposing team. However, the biggest thing about Willie Polina is that, despite everything said about him, he is just at the start of his promising career.

Strengths: Tough. Excellent penetrator. Creates space for himself to get off shots. Excellent athlete. Solid penetrating ability. Good strength.

Name:  Rian Elano
Position: Small Forward
Height: 5'7"
Class: Senior
DOB: February 4, 1993
Jersey Number:

"Elano is quick, creative and a deadly shooter. He is a scoring machine. Very good mechanics of launching, fastest and almost impossible to defend. 'Rian' has strange ability to provoke fouls and is a tremendous FT shooter. Rian now is the captain of this young warriors team. Elano thoughts about free throws: 'I do not practice them, simply they enter'"

Ellano is one of the guiding lights of the team, next to veteran Willy Polina. He is one of the few remaining local players borne out of wisdom that regular players should play the most. Yet he also possesses a deft touch from the perimeter and teams three point shooter.
